Cuban Sandwiches

Succulent pulled pork tenderloin, Swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles. Served on fresh Cuban bread, with homemade chips and a piece of fruit.

 Steak or Fish Tacos

Thinly sliced steak or flaked Mahi placed in a soft taco shell with homemade sauce and taco accoutrement piled high. Served with spring mix salad.

Baby Spinach & Berry Salad

This tasty salad is full of seasonal berries, grilled chicken and feta cheese, served with our house-made citrus vinaigrette.

Stuffed Roast Pork Loin

The pork loin is stuffed with gorgonzola cheese, sundried tomatoes and sage, roasted to perfection and sliced. Served with roasted new potatoes and Brussel sprouts.

Salmon, Tuna, or Mahi Mahi

Your choice of tuna, Mahi, or salmon seasoned, pan- seared and topped with our heavenly citrus butter. Served with Chipotle orzo and seasonal vegetables.

Large Sea Scallops

Amazing scallops are seared and topped with our citrus butter, served with truffle whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Oven Baked 12 Ounce Pork Chop

 An exquisite pork chop marinated in a house-made brine, cooked to perfection, and topped with an apple glaze. Served with roasted potatoes and haricot vert.
